Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Turbo Transit Services. By accessing our website or placing a shipment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Turbo Transit Services ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By:
- Visiting or using our website
- Requesting a quote or placing a shipment order
- Creating an account on our platform
- Signing any service agreement or waybill

If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Services Description
Turbo Transit Services provides international and domestic freight and logistics services including:
Air Freight
Express and standard air cargo globally, with door-to-door options and charter services.
Sea Freight
FCL and LCL ocean freight with port-to-port and door-to-door delivery worldwide.
Land Freight
Road haulage and rail freight across continents with real-time GPS tracking.
Warehousing
Bonded and general warehousing, inventory management, and distribution services.
Specific service terms, rates, and transit times are confirmed in your individual quotation or service agreement and form part of these Terms.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity.
Booking & Orders
All bookings are subject to space and capacity availability. A booking is confirmed only upon issuance of a written confirmation or booking reference from us. You agree that:
- All cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions, and values provided are accurate
- You are the lawful owner of the cargo or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may incur cancellation fees
- Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing
- We reserve the right to refuse or suspend shipments at our discretion
Prohibited Cargo
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment through our services:
Shipment of prohibited goods is illegal and may result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of payment, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil and criminal liability.
- Illegal narcotics, drugs, or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive devices
- Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights
- Human remains or biological specimens without proper permits
- Currency, negotiable instruments, or precious metals without declaration
- Goods subject to international trade sanctions
- Live animals without CITES documentation and carrier approval
- Any goods prohibited by destination country law
Hazardous materials may be accepted subject to prior written approval, IATA/IMDG compliance, and applicable surcharges.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and surcharges unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as specified in your invoice or service agreement. You acknowledge:
- Fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges, and currency adjustment factors may apply and are subject to change with reasonable notice
- Additional charges may arise from weight/dimension discrepancies, storage, demurrage, or customs examinations
- Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law
- We reserve the right to withhold delivery of goods pending payment of outstanding amounts
Liability & Claims
Turbo Transit Services's liability is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions and our standard trading conditions:

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of profit, or loss of market.
We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all high-value shipments. Ask us about our all-risk cargo insurance options.
Customs & Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with the laws and regulations of the origin, transit, and destination countries. This includes:
- Providing accurate and complete customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and permits
- Payment of all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country
- Compliance with export controls, trade sanctions, and embargoes applicable to your cargo and destination
Turbo Transit Services acts as a customs agent on your behalf only where explicitly authorised. We are not liable for delays or penalties arising from inaccurate documentation provided by you.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website โ including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks โ is the property of Turbo Transit Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate or suspend access immediately and without notice in cases of:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of invoices overdue by more than 30 days
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
- Shipment of prohibited goods
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable. Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turbo Transit Services is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable international convention.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
